Joyce Johnson-Miller
Ms. Johnson-Miller is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Relativity Capital, a private equity fund focused on investments in service businesses. She has been an active investor in the private equity marketplace for nearly two decades, including prior investments in Esprit de Corp and Cost Plus, Inc. Prior to founding Relativity, Ms. Johnson-Miller served as Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, LLC. She serves on the not-for-profit boards of LaRabida Hospital in Chicago, IL and In-Motion, and is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Richard Koral
As Jessica’s Founder, Mr. Koral focuses on maintaining key customer and supplier relationships, while guiding the strategic development, cost structure management and supervision of all major functional areas. A UCLA graduate, he attended Whittier Law School before passing the Bar exam.

Morris Rowlett
Morris Rowlett is a founding Partner of RESK Consulting. Formed in 2000, RESK is a full-service merger and acquisition due-diligence firm specializing in turnaround management expertise. For the past ten years Mr. Rowlett has served in an executive capacity as Chairman and/or CEO at portfolio companies for private equity funds where much of the focus has been on distressed investments. His expertise includes lean manufacturing, strategic initiatives, organic growth, management performance, accountability, and cash management. Recent board positions include JL French and TI Automotive. Mr. Rowlett holds a BA with an emphasis in Economics from Chapman University.

Tony D’Annibale
Mr. D'Annibale is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company's short and long-term plans. He has more than 30 years of department store retailing and off-price experience. Mr. D'Annibale served as the Chief Merchandising Officer of Rue La La, a leading online lifestyle shopping destination. He also spent over 20 years with Loehmann's Inc. where he served as the Executive Vice President of Merchandising.
